Tyler Walker
CEO/Chief
Biography: Life was rocky with family members who were substance abusers...almost always wasted or high during my childhood. Law enforcement, armed security and counseling the youth are my passion. Everything I do is tied into the education sector (full-time). Many positive, rewarding and trusting relationships have been established with the youth and staff. Leading by example is key. This is a no non-sense company. My clientele should be impressed with the candidates and their experiences working along side me. We will assist in any way we can.
Experience: Six (6) years of law enforcement, twelve (12) years of armed security, six (6) years of leadership including my entrepreneurship, and a plethora of certifications to go with.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (Grand Canyon University), and Associate of Arts in General Studies (Mid-America Christian University).

Biography: In my early adolescent years, I did not have the family support we all should have. I grew up where people with wrongful intentions existed, and had to constantly look over our shoulders. After many challenges throughout the course of my life, I want to protect who and what is most important to me and others...families and assets. Together, we will protect the very things that you hold dear in your hearts, genuinely.
Experience: One (1) year of armed security, three (3) years of hospitality management, and certifications to include.
Education: Associate of Arts in Information Technology (Salish Kootenai College), and Associate of Arts in Cyber Security (Southern New Hampshire University).
Scott Rau
Captain
Biography: I grew up in a small Colorado mountain town, loving the outdoors and Boy Scouts. After becoming an Eagle Scout and graduating high school, my career began in law enforcement after the Columbine Massacre. There was no doubt that I wanted people to be completely protected. Later in life, the need to assist with protecting people in a spiritual sense encouraged me to become an ordained minister. My role was to be a hospital chaplain. I am honored to be a part of of an ambitious security team. Tyler and Ryan have their client's hearts in mind. This is not some basic, out-for-your-money type business. Their respect and trust have been earned time and time again. No disappointments with this solid team!
Experience: Eight (8) years of law enforcement, thirteen (13) years of armed security, two (2) years of SWAT, two (2) years of emergency dispatch operations, and seventeen (17) years of chaplain services as an ordained minister.
